Job Description: This is an opportunity to join the M&A team in the Frankfurt office of a leading international mid-market investment bank, playing a key role in the execution and origination of transactions across the sector. The position involves significant client and investor exposure, taking responsibility for the preparation and delivery of high-quality marketing materials, including business plans, information memoranda and advanced financial analyses. The role requires end-to-end transaction ownership, active coordination of due diligence processes and direct interaction with senior stakeholders. In addition, there is a strong business development component, offering the opportunity to contribute to origination efforts, deepen sector expertise and further strengthen the team’s positioning within the Investment Banking landscape.
