As our AI Brand Manager, you’ll take ownership of building and evolving a future-proof brand system across multiple European markets — combining strong brand management with AI-driven innovation. You will be both guardian and creator: ensuring consistent, high-quality brand delivery and driving the use of AI to reimagine how creativity, design, and scalability come together.

Your Responsibilities
Brand Leadership & Governance
* Own the Entrix brand system — from logo, templates, and visuals to brand guidelines and tone of voice.
* Ensure consistency, scalability, and brand integrity across all channels and markets.
* Evolve and document brand governance as Entrix expands across Europe.
* Define standards for both human-created and AI-generated assets to ensure brand alignment and quality.
AI-Driven Brand Innovation
* Lead the integration of generative AI into Entrix’s creative workflows (design, visual creation, content adaptation).
* Build and maintain an AI brand creation framework — including prompts, brand-specific datasets, and creative processes.
* Experiment with tools like Midjourney, DALL·E, Runway, Sora 2, Figma AI, or Adobe Firefly to enhance design output and creative speed.
* Identify where automation and AI can amplify brand consistency, localization, and scalability.
* Translate AI capabilities into concrete brand outcomes — smarter asset creation, faster iteration, and stronger impact.
Scalable Brand Delivery
* Develop a modular, multilingual brand toolkit usable across 5+ countries.
* Roll out standardized templates and asset libraries that enable local teams to work autonomously but on-brand.
* Manage external agencies, designers, and AI vendors to deliver assets efficiently and on time.
* Oversee digital and physical brand production — from website updates to trade show booths and print materials.
Internal Brand Enablement
* Conduct brand and AI training sessions to empower teams across Sales, Product, and People functions.
* Champion a culture of brand excellence and creative experimentation powered by AI.
* Collect feedback to continuously improve tools, templates, and creative processes.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the brand is a strategic enabler, not a bottleneck.
Performance & Continuous Improvement
* Define measurable KPIs for brand efficiency, adoption, and creative quality.
* Track AI-driven brand outputs (speed, adoption, consistency, engagement).
* Continuously refine workflows and explore new creative technologies to keep Entrix ahead of the curve.
Your Profile
* Degree in Marketing, Communications, Design Management, or related field
* 3–4 years of experience in brand management or creative leadership, ideally in tech, B2B, or design-driven environments
* Proven track record in building or scaling brand systems across multiple markets
* Hands-on experience with AI tools for design and content creation (Midjourney, DALL·E, Runway, Sora 2, Firefly, Figma AI, etc.)
* Strong visual sensibility and ability to translate strategy into tangible brand assets
* Strategic and structured thinker with a maker’s mindset — you deliver, not just ideate
* Confident managing external partners, agencies, and internal stakeholders
* Fluent in German and English
* Passionate about sustainability, technology, and how AI can transform creativity

Hello future colleague,
I’m excited to share a little about myself and my journey. Most of my career I spent in consulting, focusing on brand, strategy, and innovation projects across various industries. Over the past few years, I’ve worked with different players in the energy sector, including E.ON, Bayernwerk (DSO), and BayWa r.e., and that’s when I really found my passion for the energy transition.
I was eager for a new challenge — something that would allow me to get even closer to the actual implementation side and be more hands-on with building a brand from the inside. That desire for impact, coupled with my interest in the dynamic environment of a young company, is what led me to Entrix. Being part of a mission-driven company that contributes to the energy transition feels both exciting and meaningful to me.
