KG Organization Labor Director Business Unit Human Resources Full / Part time Full-time Experience Level Experienced Professional A Snapshot of Your Day In your new role you will report to the Head of Global Compensation Governance (f/m/d). You will work with various business and HR stakeholders on regional and global level to design and implement state-of-the-art Compensation policies and practices. In this multifaceted role, you will not only take over the responsibility for equity-based long-term incentive schemes but will also lead global compensation projects, offering special share programs, improving our global benchmarking approach, defining new functionalities in our custom HR IT solution “Compensation Insights (COIN)”, and driving other global compensation processes. 10. Lead Equity-Based Programs: Own and evolve Siemens Energy’s equity-based long-term incentive plans, from design and rollout to administration and continuous enhancement
11. Drive Global Projects: Initiate and deliver global compensation projects to enhance the C&B portfolio, address legislative changes, support M&A and integrations, and implement technological advancements
12. Optimize and Drive Global Processes: Oversee, enhance, and support global compensation processes such as annual merit reviews, equity allocations, and annual incentives, while fostering effective collaboration across businesses, regions, and the global Compensation & Benefits team
13. Stay Ahead of Trends: Monitor global compensation trends, analyze market data, and provide insights to keep Siemens Energy at the forefront of competitive reward practices
14. Be a Trusted Advisor: Act as a subject-matter expert, offering strategic guidance to HR and business leaders on compensation-related matters
15. Foster Collaboration: Partner with legal, tax, and accounting teams, as well as external consultants, to ensure compliance, alignment, and excellence across all compensation activities.
What You Bring
16. Degree in Business Administration or a related field, preferably with a focus on Human Resources, Finance, or a related field
17. Extensive, long-term experience in Compensation & Benefits or related roles ( Finance, Controlling) within large multinational companies, management consultancies, or startups
18. Proven track record of rethinking and redesigning Compensation & Benefits policies/practices in a multinational context with hands-on experience in equity design or administration and comfortable in leading complex global projects
19. Strong judgement and determination to challenge the status quo, combined with flexibility to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
20. Capability to synthesize multiple data sources into clear, actionable recommendations and present them convincingly to senior management and diverse stakeholder groups
21. Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, Power BI, optional SAP experience, and fluency in English and German (Experience with German co-determination negotiations and knowledge of tariff compensation in the metal and electrical industry is an advantage)
