We are seeking a highly skilled Freight Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the movement of goods across national long-distance transport routes.

Key Responsibilities:

">
* Disposition of truck units (tautliners) in national long-distance transport
* Awarding of transport contracts to freight forwarders
* Accepting, entering, processing and reconciling customer orders
* Planning, monitoring and optimizing customer orders
* Function as central contact for customers and assigned truck pilots
* Monitoring of working hours and driving and rest time regulations

Requirements:

* Professional experience as a forwarding agent or dispatcher
* Career changers with experience in logistics, scheduling or transport are welcome
* Initial professional experience in dispatch of long-distance trucks and in field of logistics and forwarding
* Negotiation skills & communication skills
* Structured, independent way of working
* Organizational skills
* Fluent German and ideally another foreign language (Polish/English)
