Responsibilities:
1. Preparation of analyses, reports, and decision-making templates.
2. Development of queries and dashboards (CRM administration, Microsoft Power BI)
3. Maintenance and expansion of data structures in the CRM system in coordination with decision-makers (international)
4. Active participation in the development of sales strategies, planning, and processes
5. Preparation and follow-up of meetings, presentations, and reports.
6. Coordination and monitoring of national and international sales projects in alignment with management
7. Independent management and participation in projects aimed at increasing sales effectiveness/efficiency
8. Management of smaller projects to optimize administrative processes
9. Preparation and follow-up of national and international trade fairs.
10. Coordination and controlling of complaints
Qualifications:
11. Commercial training with relevant professional experience
12. Experience in a comparable position in a sales environment is desirable
13. Independent and structured working style
14. Strong communication skills and team orientation
15. High level of discretion, reliability, and sense of responsibility
16. Flexibility and resilience
17. Representing and upholding the company culture and values
18. Experience with CRM systems and sales software is an advantage
19. Proficient in using modern IT applications and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
20. Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken, as well as willingness to travel (max. 10%)
