We are seeking a Corporate Governance Specialist to join our dynamic team, working on strategic transactions and developing knowledge in corporate governance frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
* Incorporate and manage special purpose vehicles (SPVs), primarily in private equity, real estate, and private debt sectors.
* Prepare and organize board meetings, shareholder meetings, and general meetings, ensuring accurate record-keeping and drafting minutes as required.
Our ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience as a Corporate Officer or Legal Officer within the Luxembourgish financial industry, specifically in an asset manager, portfolio finance services (PFS), or fiduciary. A fluent command of English is essential, and additional language skills are a strong asset.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Strong experience with SPVs and corporate governance regulations.
* A good understanding of corporate law and compliance requirements.
* Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
