What You’ll Be Doing
Generate new business opportunities through creative outbound outreach via LinkedIn, SalesLoft, and cold calling.
Conduct consultative qualification calls, focusing on quality over quantity to build a healthy, high-converting pipeline.
Research industries, analyze trends, and identify Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) to target key prospects.
Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to develop personalized outreach strategies and improve messaging.
Keep Salesforce up to date with accurate lead and activity tracking to ensure smooth pipeline management.
What We Are Looking For
Experience: 2–3 years in sales development, recruitment, or any B2B sales-related field (experience in the DACH region is a big plus).
Skills: Strong communication, research, and organizational abilities. Familiarity with Salesforce and SalesLoft is a plus.
Mindset: Curious, self-motivated, and proactive. You’re eager to learn, challenge yourself, and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Language: Fluency in both German and English (business level required).
