Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities in the residential battery sector
* Analyze customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape to shape go-to-market strategies
* Develop and implement strategic plans to expand market presence and achieve revenue targets
Sales & Business Growth:
* Identify, develop, and manage partnerships with distributors and installers for generating sales revenue
* Present solutions to potential customers, particularly B2B customers such as energy providers and inverter companies
* Build and nurture relationships with utility companies, energy service providers, and big installers
* Work closely with engineering and product development teams to provide customer feedback and ensure product offerings align with market needs
Requirements:
* Minimum of 5 years work experience in renewable energy sector
* University degree in economics or engineering or a comparable qualification
* Proven record of delivering sales revenue according to a pre-defined sales target
* Excellent communication skills; verbal, written, and presentation
* Deep knowledge of Li-Ion batteries, inverters, PV systems, and technical background
* Professional, highly motivated individual with a strong results-oriented work ethic
* Able to travel extensively across EU countries
* Proficient in English and German languages
