About the Role
As Registration & Regulatory Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance and managing product registrations across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland (DACH region). You will act as the key contact point for compliance matters, working closely with internal stakeholders, external authorities, and industry associations.
This position is ideal for someone with solid regulatory expertise who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment and enjoys working with autonomy and responsibility.
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure compliance with European and national regulations (REACH, CLP, Biocides, Detergents, Poison Centre notifications).
* Coordinate, compile, and submit Biocides registration dossiers for new products and amendments.
* Monitor regulatory developments in the DACH region, assessing risks and shaping proactive strategies.
* Provide regulatory guidance to cross-functional teams and respond to authority requests.
* Adapt and localize regulatory documents (e.g., SDS, product notifications, labelling/artwork).
* Maintain compliance databases and IT tools to support regulatory activities.
* Represent the company in industry association meetings and communicate outcomes internally.
Requirements
* Degree in Chemistry, Biology, or related scientific discipline (BSc/MSc or equivalent).
* At least 3 years’ regulatory/registration experience in consumer goods, chemicals, or FMCG.
* Strong knowledge of REACH, CLP, Biocides, and related regulatory frameworks.
* Independent, self-driven, and able to work under pressure.
* Fluent German (native level) and strong English skills required.
* Additional language skills (e.g., French or Italian) are an advantage.
