What you will do:
* Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for aerospace and safety-critical systems.
* Support production activities and ensure efficient manufacturing operations.
* Analyze and improve production workflows to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
* Define manufacturing methods, tools and procedures for assembly and production.
* Ensure compliance with technical specifications and industrial standards.
* Collaborate with engineering, quality and production teams to improve manufacturing performance.
What we’re looking for:
* Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
* Relevant hands-on experience in manufacturing, production or industrial processes
* C1 English Level – mandatory.
* German C1 (will be a plus)
* Applicants must hold citizenship of a European country.
