Your mission Contribute to multidisciplinary research projects in industrial drug discovery Independently plan and perform CE-SDS, HPLC, and LC-MS-based analytical methods for protein characterization and quality control Develop and optimize analytical methods (particularly HPLC-based) for protein analysis Establish data evaluation methods according to industry standards Ensure agreed quality standards and timelines Maintain, troubleshoot, and perform minor repair and maintenance tasks on analytical instruments Accurately document all procedures and analyze data in compliance with internal and client-specific requirements Your profile Completed training as CTA, MTA, BTA, or chemical/biological laboratory technician, or a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Biology, Biochemistry, or Chemistry (no PhD) Hands-on experience in HPLC-based protein analytics and/or light scattering methods, ideally in an industrial setting High motivation, curiosity, and enthusiasm for innovative and challenging work Careful, structured, and independent working style with strong organizational skills Team-oriented, communicative, service-minded, and analytically strong Experience with Chromeleon and good MS Office skills Good command of German and English Why us?
