The following challenges await you:
1. Enable sales through collaboration with customers, Commercial and R&D teams to generate project quotes and technical proposals.
2. Partner with internal stakeholders to determine design feasibility, technical capability fit and project viability.
3. Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers, fostering strong relationships built on deep understanding of their needs and our solutions.
4. Manage leads created through outbound marketing channels.
5. Translate the customer’s device roadmap, product strategy, technology, regulatory strategy and business model to internal stakeholders.
6. Expand customer knowledge of Heraeus’ capabilities and products by partnering with marketing to develop technical lunch and learns, webinars, demos and other key marketing materials to promote our capabilities in broad channels and within customer meetings.
7. Identify partnership opportunities within new and existing accounts.
8. Continuously expand industry and specifically device knowledge within technical and market focus area for the purpose of educating internal Heraeus employees.
9. Act as an industry thought leader through engagement with customers, key opinion leaders, suppliers, and partners. Engage with these individuals through projects, conference attendance, white-paper engagements, and social media channels.
Your Profile:
10. Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business or related field required, MBA helpful
11. Experience in engineering, sales, or combination environment required
12. Strong knowledge of broader machining and metal coating technologies strongly preferred
13. Experience with the development of implantable medical devices preferred
14. Experience with the device application in the markets CRM, EP and Vascular preferred
15. Experience working in a regulated environment a plus
16. Ability to work independently & highly self-reliant
17. Willing and able to travel up to 30%, including international travel.
18. Fluent English communication skills, written and oral
19. Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills
