Responsibilities
6. Customer support and advice for various customers (by e-mail, telephone, social media)
7. Registration of customer concerns and internal processing
8. Processing & administrative handling or forwarding to the respective specialist departments
9. Coordination with national and international departments (internal and external)
10. Coordination with authorised car repair shops
Your Profile
11. You are fluent in Dutch and in English
12. You have experience in dealing with customers
13. You are service and customer orientated and enjoy talking to clients
14. You are willing to work in a 2 shift system (8am-8pm)
