Role Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Sales-Focused Account Executive with a strong track record in the solar or storage industry. In this pivotal role, you will drive our European expansion by identifying new market opportunities, developing strategic entry plans, and establishing long-term customer relationships. Your efforts will directly contribute to Stem’s growth in a rapidly evolving industry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Cultivate and sustain relationships with key customers in the solar and storage sectors.
* Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
* Engage in business development activities, including market research, prospecting, and attending trade fairs.
* Build a strong sales track record with industry-leading energy solutions.
* Develop and present compelling business cases to major energy stakeholders, offering customized sales approaches.

Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in business or a technical field is preferred.
* Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the solar or storage industry.
* Proven ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
* Excellent communication skills, with the capacity to engage stakeholders at all levels effectively.
* Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
* Exceptional analytical skills.
* Self-motivated with a collaborative mindset.

Salary Range:
* On-Target Earnings (OTE): €130.000,00 - €140.000,00
* Base Salary: €90.000,00 - €100.000,00
