German Business Developer Representative – Google Ads Products

Our client, a global leader in customer experience management and business process outsourcing, is looking for a German Business Developer Representative to join their growing Google Ads team in Barcelona. In this role, you will work with German-speaking businesses, helping them grow through effective online advertising solutions while building strong, long-term client relationships.
You will operate in a fast-paced, target-driven environment where your contribution directly impacts customer success and business growth across the EMEA region.
Key Responsibilities
* Acquire new advertisers through inbound and outbound leads
* Manage and grow your own portfolio of German-speaking clients
* Identify customer needs and propose tailored Google Ads solutions
* Optimize online advertising campaigns to maximize performance
* Upsell and cross-sell additional solutions when opportunities arise
* Consistently achieve individual and team sales targets
* Act as a trusted advisor for clients online marketing strategies
Requirements
* BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
* Native-level German and fluent English
* Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales or customer-facing role
* Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
* A proactive hunter mindset with confidence in outbound sales calls
* Passion for sales, technology, and the digital advertising landscape
* Ability to manage a diverse portfolio of business models
