Your Tasks:
* Technical customer support worldwide
* Identification of problem causes in direct customer communication and with the help of remote support
* Coordination of the repair of faulty components as well as the handling of repair requests on the customer and supplier side
* Development and implementation of standardised test procedures
* Realisation of necessary technical adjustments together with customers, suppliers and other specialised departments
* Carrying out upgrade installations as well as service visits at our customers' premises
Your Qualifications:
* Completed studies in the field of physics, technology or engineering.
* Alternatively: technician or relevant professional training with appropriate work experience
* Strong technical-physical background that facilitates an in-depth understanding of our measurement systems in the areas of optics, electronics and software
* Advantageous: Experience in the field of microscopy as well as spectroscopy
* Ability to work in a flexible and solution-oriented manner
* Strong communication skills
* Very good language skills in German and English
* Willingness to travel worldwide
