Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a team of Enterprise Account Executives to achieve quota-carrying targets
* Build strong relationships with CIO/CDO/CMO-level stakeholders in the financial sector
* Develop and execute GTM strategies to drive revenue growth and customer adoption
* Deliver accurate forecasting and ensure world-class account management
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience leading quota-carrying AE teams in SaaS software sales
* 10+ years of direct SaaS software sales experience (software + services a plus)
* Proven track record working with complex, enterprise-level sales cycles
* Strong coaching and people leadership skills
* Excellent communication skills in English and German
