Your tasks: what you can help us shape
* In your role as (Senior) AI Engineer (m/f/d), you will work closely with our customers to integrate AI developments into existing workflows and solutions
* Your tasks will include the design, development and implementation of AI-based solutions, including generative AI and large language models, to solve challenging use cases in various areas, from automating tasks and business processes to mastering complexity and driving innovation
* By validating the feasibility of new technological developments and methods, you maximize the value contribution
* In addition, you will continuously improve and optimize AI models to increase their accuracy and scalability, optimize computational and cost efficiency and thus ensure compliance with rules and standards
* Our clients and projects are very diverse. From strategic consulting to the management and coordination of projects in the areas of: Generative AI, Data Platform, Enterprise Analytics, Industrial Analytics and IoT, you will play an active role in shaping our projects
What we want from you
* A degree in IT forms the basis of your qualification
* You have extensive experience in applying deep learning and machine learning architectures, including transformers and large and small specialized language models, to solve business problems and drive innovation in the industry
* You have excellent software development skills with extensive experience in Python, working with ML frameworks and tools in a cloud environment
* Proven experience in advanced prompt engineering, fine-tuning LLMs and orchestrating agents, preferably in combination with graph technologies to handle complexity in industrial applications is a plus
* You have a problem-solving mindset, excellent analytical thinking and strong communication skills
* You have a high affinity for modern IT technologies and a clear picture of self-organization
* The status quo is not enough for you, you regularly question your way of working and your results and want to develop yourself further
* You have a very good command of German and are open to occasional travel to our customers

Sebastian is an expert in data science and data engineering and develops viable data models from our customers' problems in order to solve them.
