The number of business-to-consumer conversations over the phone is going to explode in the coming years. Your mission: architect our company’s AI-native operating system from first principles. You won’t be running old playbooks; you will be building the intelligent engine designed for one purpose: to deliver a flawless customer experience that scales us to $100M ARR. what you’ll be responsible for Master the entire customer lifecycle, from designing a seamless onboarding process to driving expansion and renewal, always striving for world-class customer experiences Design, implement, and scale core business processes with an automation-first mindset, using tools like n8n or Zapier to ensure we operate with maximum efficiency Systematically gather, analyze, and champion customer feedback to the founders and our engineering team, directly influencing our product roadmap and identifying new growth opportunities Collaborate closely with engineering to define and improve the internal tools we need to scale effectively and serve our customers better As a foundational member, you will play a key role in defining the culture, processes, and structure of our operations team what makes you a great fit you are a world-class operator with experience in building and scaling businesses, whether in a hyper-growth startup or your own venture you’re tech-savvy (or have a semi-technical background) and curious about how AI agent products work you are customer obsessed and have a business sense to understand problems, pain points and needs of our customers you have experience in and are enthusiastic about leading initiatives end-to-end you’re are hands-on and not afraid of doing unglamorous work you love solving problems and figuring things out on your own you’re a strong communicator in both German and English you want to work on-site 5 days a week in Berlin you may not make a good fit if… you need detailed instructions and shy away from taking responsibility you lack experience with automation/AI tools or basic technical understanding you're only interested in high-level "strategic" work you don't enjoy direct customer interaction or thriving in dynamic environments you prefer working remotely you prefer working with minimal collaboration you avoid hands-on, practical work you want to work a 9-5 job
