What you will do:
As a Working Student (20 hours per week) in the Service Support department, you will play a vital role in analyzing and optimizing SCADA configurations within our technical support team. Your responsibilities will include assisting with service tickets, setting up and configuring monitoring hardware and software for large scale PV power plants, and analysing customer data using leading monitoring software.
Who you are:
* Currently pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, IT, or a related field in Germany, with at least one year or more remaining until graduation
* Possess strong IT skills and an affinity for technology
* Structured, independent, and pragmatic work approach
* Proficient in spoken and written English (German or other languages are a plus)
* You are interested in continuous improvement of workflows
* Honest, open, and communicative with a customer oriented mindset
