Sales Coordinator (m/f/d)

What awaits you:
1. You implement the business segment sales strategy and develop the global sales approach for defined geographies
2. You establish the business in the “Good Enough” market segment by defining and executing targeted measures
3. You manage and develop global sales channels including agents and resellers with a focus on growth and target achievement
4. You lead key sales negotiations and coordinate sales activities across the international sales network
5. You ensure smooth operational workflows between the sales network and the second brand order team from offer to service
6. You assume disciplinary leadership of assigned employees including performance reviews and regular team meetings (in the future depending on growth)
What you bring to the table:
7. You have a degree in electrical engineering combined with solid business management knowledge
8. You have at least five years of industry experience and extensive sales experience in the transformer supplier market
9. You demonstrate strong entrepreneurial thinking and the ability to explore new sales approaches hands-on
10. You convince through negotiation skills, creativity and a confident customer-facing manner
11. You show personal responsibility, leadership capability, willingness to travel and strong intercultural competence
12. You communicate fluently in English, additional language skills are an advantage
