As a regulated exchange and clearing house, EEX and ECC are built on efficient and robust internal written rules and processes – from business operations and customer care to IT and corporate functions. To this end, our team at Process & Policy Management provides frameworks, solutions, and internal services to ensure the process foundation of our company is well-grounded and continuously improved.
Your tasks
As a Policy Management Officer (f/m/d) in part-time you will shape, coordinate, and administer our internal process to create, align, approve, publish, and implement internal written rules documents. You will support Document Owners in EEX and ECC with the creation of high-quality internal regulations, ensure change in internal regulation is well managed, meets quality gates and timelines, and administer the body of internal written rules documents. You will cooperate with comparable functions in other legal entities of EEX Group and Deutsche Börse Group.
You bring along
* Bank apprenticeship and/or university degree in law, economics, business or equivalent
* Policy Management experience and/or experience in an exchange, commodity trading or financial institution are/is a plus
* Basic knowledge of labor law is a plus
* Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to exercise sound and balanced judgement
* Highly self-motivated and capable to work under pressure
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in German and English are a must
