Responsibilities
1, Execute sales targets and business development plans for the designated city/region in alignment with the company's overall strategy
2, Develop, manage, and maintain relationships with key customers
3, Brand and Product promotion through participation in activities such as exhibitions, technical training, roadshows, etc.
4, Support local after-sales teams in resolving product quality and after-sales issues
5, Conduct product research to provide internal feedback for new product development and assist in planning future product strategies
6, Collaborate effectively with cross-departmental teams locally
7, Timely handle and coordinate various daily customer issues and complaints
Qualifications
1, Industry: Residential energy storage and Small-Scale C&I energy storage
2, Working Experience: 3-10 years of relevant work experience
3, Education: Major in Solar energy storage or Engineering (Electrical) are preferred
4, Preferred technical sales or business development manager. Understanding of major residential Hybrid inverters, PCS, Batteries, and All-in-one systems on the market. Basic energy storage technical knowledge are required.
5, Basic knowledge of VPP, and residential energy storage’s regulations
6, Knowledge of key sales networks and major customers within the assigned region, with the ability to effectively promote at the installer level
7, Willingness to travel as required
