The Role
As Partner Success Representative for the DACH region, you will play an integral role in building trust and solid relationships by supporting our Operators in their daily business, impacting several touchpoints of their customer journey.
We contribute to our vision by connecting with our Partners, identifying their needs, and driving improvement initiatives.
Your main responsibility will be to ensure a seamless implementation of the Company solutions by configuring, maintaining, and supporting our products and services for our partners.
You will contribute & make an impact through:
* Providing excellent operational support to new and existing partners
* Configuring, releasing, and maintaining our solutions and products
* Implementing the Company standard services according to client specifications
* Archiving and managing versions of software configurations
* Quality assurance and testing of our products and services, with a focus on continuous improvement
* Ordering, reviewing, and rolling out signage
* Collaborating across Teams and Business Units, e.g., Account Managers, Operations, and R&D/Product
* Training and supporting Operations on the Company services
* Managing requests and incidents within the CRM system and ensuring data quality
About you
We don’t know you yet, but you might see yourself in the following:
* Excellent customer relationship management skills and a strong interest in helping customers
* Good planning and self-management skills; experience in project management is a plus
* High technical understanding of system integrations
* Knowledge of XML or JSON is desirable
* Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator is advantageous
* Strong analytical skills to interpret data and identify patterns
* Proficiency in other European languages is a plus
* Change management skills, resilience, and a positive attitude towards change
Your background
* We believe a successful candidate might have:
* 1-3 years of experience in Customer Success or Technical Support for Corporate Customers
* Graduates who are tech-savvy and proactive are also considered
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and proficiency in English
* Experience collaborating across departments
* This role can be based in Hannover, Kiel, or Berlin, Germany
