Job Overview
As a key member of our operational team, you will be responsible for providing corporate secretarial services to clients. This includes managing client portfolios, preparing legal documentation, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will also be proactive and diligent, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage client portfolios and prepare legal documentation;
* Update registers and track documents related to corporate administration;
* Organize board and shareholders' meetings, drafting relevant documentation;
* Liaise with banks, Luxembourg administrations, notary, and ministry of foreign affairs;
* Manage a team of junior officers, reviewing and controlling their work.

Required Qualifications:
* Hold a degree in business administration, economics, law, or finance;
* Have at least 3 years of experience in a trust company in Luxembourg, preferably in a similar position;
* Have a good understanding of the Luxembourg corporate industry, its actors, laws, and regulations;
* Be fluent in English; any other language is an asset;
* Be diligent, well-organized, and possess good communication skills;
* Be proactive and team-oriented.
