Your Role as Chef de Partie
As a Chef de Partie, you take ownership of your section and always keep a clear overview. Together with the team, you ensure that our guests and members enjoy an outstanding culinary experience — with perfectly prepared and beautifully presented dishes. At the same time, you help us balance top quality with economic efficiency.
What will you be doing?
* You ensure that all dishes are prepared in line with the highest quality and hygiene standards
* You prepare and present high-quality dishes with great attention to detail
* You support and supervise colleagues whenever needed
* You maintain cleanliness, order, and a well-organized workspace, including the prevention of cross-contamination
* You take responsibility for mise en place during the respective service periods
* You assist in handling guest requests efficiently, professionally, and with a strong service mindset
* You monitor food quality and ensure proper storage at all times
* You support cost control efforts, optimize food usage, and contribute to achieving financial and departmental goals
* You lend a hand across departments when required and actively contribute to a positive team atmosphere
* You support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in training the team and ensuring compliance with all internal standards
* You promptly report maintenance needs, hygiene issues, or potential hazards
What are we looking for?

* you have several years of professional experience in a similar role
* you place great importance on complying with and implementing HACCP guidelines and kitchen standards
* you are communicative and lead your team in a cooperative, respectful, and hands-on way
* you enjoy working in an inspiring environment that both supports and challenges you
* you have a strong commitment to quality and live this standard every day
* you are highly organized and ideally bring initial leadership experience
* you ideally speak German and English
* you hold a valid work and residence permit
