We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and motivated Partner Solutions Architect (AI/Apps) to drive our partner’s security transformation within the EMEA Enterprise Partner Solutions (EPS) team! This is a partner-facing role, owning the apps focused technical relationship and strategy between the partner and Microsoft.
Enterprise Partner Sales, part of Microsoft’s Industry & Partner Sales organization, is accountable for building and co‑selling innovative Microsoft Cloud & AI solutions with our global Enterprise partners. Our portfolio includes global systems integrators, advisories, high‑value management consultancies, independent software vendors, and software development companies—working together to empower people and organizations to achieve more.
As a Partner Solutions Architect (AI/Apps), you will guide our most significant partners in designing and implementing innovative, scalable, secure, and efficient cloud architectures that meet market needs. Leveraging your skills in technical leadership, cloud computing, problem solving, and systems architecture, you will ensure that their solutions are optimized for performance and cost‑efficiency.

Responsibilities
* Guide Solution Development & Activation: lead the development and activation of new or enhanced partner offerings that align with Microsoft Cloud priorities.
* Empower Innovation: run technical innovation workshops, briefings, and envisioning sessions to build technical intensity across partner teams.
* Strategic Sales Enablement: activate transformational deals by providing architectural guidance, resolving technical blockers, and enhancing solution design.
* Champion Technical Excellence: guide partners through architecture design sessions, proofs of concept, and MVP builds while ensuring best practices.
* Thought Leadership & Stakeholder Management: build long‑term engagements with strategic partners and foster executive alignment.
* Partner Enablement & Business Acumen: coach broader partner technical teams to embed pre‑sales, deployment, and consumption in solution development.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field AND experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting.
* OR equivalent experience.
* Proven ability to lead or contribute to the delivery of complex, deep technical projects in customer‑facing environments, ensuring successful outcomes in remote or distributed settings.
Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field AND extensive experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting.
* OR Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field and equivalent experience.
* Experience working in a customer‑facing role (internal and/or external).
* Experience working on technical projects.
* Technical certification in Cloud (Azure, AWS, Google) and/or security certifications.
