Technical Sales Specialist – Industrial Materials
Location: Germnay – Home Woring
Ref: BT.772420.1 – #LI-BT1
Introduction
Our client is a global, innovation-driven materials manufacturer operating at the intersection of chemistry, engineering, and sustainability. With more than a century of industrial heritage, the company has evolved into a highly respected partner to customers across advanced manufacturing sectors, supporting applications that enable mobility, connectivity, energy efficiency, and modern infrastructure.
The organisation is known for combining deep technical expertise with a pragmatic, customer-centric mindset. Significant investment in research, product development, and sustainability initiatives continues to underpin long-term growth ambitions, creating an environment where technical specialists are encouraged to broaden their impact, challenge conventions, and develop commercially meaningful solutions alongside customers.
As part of a targeted growth strategy within its industrial materials portfolio, the company is now seeking a Technical Sales Specialist to support and develop customer relationships across a defined European region.
Why Our Client?
This role offers a rare opportunity for a technically trained professional to move closer to commercial decision-making without losing their technical depth. You will work at the interface between customers, distribution partners, and internal technical teams, translating complex material science into clear, value-driven solutions. The benefit for you is accelerated commercial exposure, direct customer influence, and a clear pathway toward broader sales or leadership roles as the business continues to scale.
The position sits within a business area identified as a strategic growth engine for the company. As a result, the role enjoys strong visibility, investment, and senior stakeholder support. The feature of joining during this phase of development means you will help shape how markets are approached, how partners are supported, and how opportunities are prioritised. The benefit is genuine influence and the chance to build a track record in a role that directly impacts regional performance.
You will also benefit from a collaborative working environment that values curiosity and continuous improvement. Rather than being expected to “sell and move on”, you will be encouraged to understand why customers operate as they do, how applications evolve, and where unmet needs exist. This results in deeper customer relationships, more sustainable business growth, and a role that remains intellectually engaging over the long term.
