Project information
1. Start: As soon as possible
2. Location:remote-option, occasional onsite workshops
3. Language: Excellent English is mandatory
Responsibilities
4. Joint project responsibility together with the Business PM and Subject Matter Experts
5. Plan and coordinate all project phases, work packages, and stakeholder alignment
6. End-to-end PM tasks: timeline, work plan, risks, issues, budget, testing, cutover
7. Ensure compliance with S/4HANA AGORA guidelines and IT infrastructure requirements
8. Coordinate external partners and consultants
9. Follow the Energy methodology, including Quality Gates and regular reporting
10. Prepare and facilitate Steering Committee meetings
11. Manage dependencies with related programs (, Material Compliance)
12. Support rollouts, end-to-end processes, training activities, and knowledge transfer
13. Ensure adherence to data protection and cybersecurity standards
Profile
14. Senior-level IT Project Manager with extensive SAP S/4 project experience
15. Background in Finance / Treasury projects
16. Multiple full-cycle IT PM projects in global and complex environments
17. Experience working Agile, incl. Jira and user story–based delivery
18. Strong communication skills with international and cross-functional stakeholders
19. Excellent English language skills (mandatory)
20. ServiceNow experience (change, incident, or project-related use) is required
