To strengthen our team in Pilsting (Germany), we are currently looking for reliable and energetic</p><p><br></p><p><strong>MAINTENANCE TECHNICIANS (M/F/D)</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Your tasks </strong></p><ul><li>Mechanical troubleshooting and repair of production equipment, conveyors, lifting systems, and automated warehouse components.</li><li>Diagnosis and correction of mechanical failures (bearings, gearboxes, chains, belts, pneumatic actuators).</li><li>Alignment, adjustment, and replacement of mechanical/electrical components.</li><li>Preventive maintenance of mechanical systems and moving assemblies.</li><li>Support in mechanical improvements and modifications of existing equipment.</li><li>Participation in root cause analysis of mechanical failures.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Your profile </strong></p><ul><li>You have completed vocational training as industrial mechanic, maintenance mechanic, or mechatronics technician with strong mechanical skills.</li><li>Strong knowledge of mechanical components such as gearboxes, bearings, chains, belts, and pneumatic systems.</li><li>Experience with conveyors, automated systems or warehouse equipment is a plus.</li><li>Teamwork skills and a proactive approach towards continuous improvement.</li><li>Ability to troubleshoot and solve breakdowns, as well as perform preventive and corrective maintenance.</li><li>Previous experience in industrial environments preferable.</li><li>Availability to work in shifts, including some Saturdays.</li><li>Basic English or German knowledge is considered an advantage.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>What we offer</strong></p><ul><li>Security: within an economically successful group of companies with long-term prospects</li><li>Opportunities: through a wide range of training programs and interesting development opportunities</li><li>Community: in an atmosphere of cooperation at eye level and with short lines of communication</li><li>Benefits: purchasing advantages, cooperation with a local fitness studio, etc.</li></ul>
