Our Custody Product Team is at the core of our investment platform, working on solutions that help our customers store and manage their financial assets safely and efficiently. We're now looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Working Student to support our team and gain first-hand experience in product management within a fast-paced fintech environment.
Your Responsibilities
As a working student in the Custody Product Team, you will:
* Assist in coordinating product development tasks and tracking progress of ongoing initiatives.
* Help document product requirements, user stories, and process flows.
* Participate in cross-functional meetings.
* Contribute to quality assurance activities, including testing new features and gathering user feedback.
* Support the preparation of internal reports, product updates, and presentations.
* Help improve internal documentation and knowledge sharing practices within the team.
Your Profile
* You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Business, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
* You have a strong interest in financial products (especially securities) and product management.
* You work in a structured and detail-oriented way and are comfortable handling multiple tasks.
* You’re a team player who is proactive, eager to learn, and thrives in a collaborative environment.
* You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and preferably in German.
* Prior experience in financial services, tech, or product teams is a plus. Also, if you have completed training as a bank clerk (Bankkaufmann/Bankkauffrau) and/or if you have already gained experience in securities operations.
