Additional Information: This hotel is owned and operated by an independent franchisee, LUME Hospitality GmbH. The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International, Inc. The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotel’s employment policies and practices, including hiring, firing, discipline, staffing, compensation, benefits, and all other terms and conditions of employment. If you accept a position at this hotel, you will be employed by a franchisee and not by Marriott International, Inc.

Your responsibilities: - Ensure the smooth operation of the front desk, overseeing all daily responsibilities. - Manage, evaluate, and finalize team rosters and schedules. - Handle table reservations for our dining venues. - Anticipate and address guest requests and resolve complaints with grace and efficiency. - Coordinate bespoke concierge services. - Manage the daily cash desk responsibly, ensuring meticulous cash control and audits. - Issue invoices and handle billing inquiries. - Maintain and update guest and client profiles with high attention to detail. - Facilitate seamless communication and coordination with other departments. - Uphold and continuously elevate our premium quality standards. - Onboard and mentor new team members and trainees. - Participate in department head meetings.
