Your major focus area is German wage tax, including tax technically driven assessments and providing pragmatic implementation advice, drafting of wage tax rulings as well as handling wage tax audits. You will also support the organization on complex tax matters concerning globally mobile employees (e.g. for international assignments and remote/foreign hires). In particular, you will take ownership of preparing and reviewing tax assessments from a Permanent Establishment, Income Tax and Wage Tax/Payroll perspective for global mobility cases as well as advise the organization on implementation and structuring questions. You will collaborate closely with our Global Mobility and (International) Payroll teams to ensure full alignment across all departments. You will act as a senior point of contact for local teams worldwide, addressing tax-related questions with a focus on global mobility related tax topics. You will work with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and continuously improve Delivery Hero standards in contract templates, standard clauses, and other consistent tax technical terms and provisions.
