Your responsibilities
* Daily support of the HR Business Partners in operational tasks
* Participation in the supervision and selection of apprentices, dual students, trainees, and scholarship holders (talent development)
* Collaboration on exciting HR projects and conceptual special assignments
* Support in the recruitment process – from job posting to hiring
* Organization and administration of day-to-day HR operations
* Contribution to the creation of HR reports and presentations for internal stakeholders
* Support in organizing and conducting HR events, such as onboarding days or training sessions
Your profile
* Ongoing studies in Business Administration, Law, or Psychology, ideally with a focus on Human Resources
* Initial knowledge of labor law and SAP SuccessFactors is an advantage
* Structured and conscientious working style
* Confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel
* Fluent English skills required
