About the role:
At Marley Spoon, we’re seeking a Senior Brand & Commercial Manager EU to lead the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives focused on building a strong brand presence and driving customer retention across European markets. Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and manage marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand strategies and timely execution.
* Collaborate with design and creative teams to produce compelling content across multiple channels.
* Analyze campaign results and apply insights to optimize future marketing efforts.
* Maintain brand consistency and uphold brand guidelines across all marketing activities.
* Coordinate cross-functional teams including culinary, CRM, and customer care to support campaign goals.
* Plan and execute media strategies to maximize campaign reach and effectiveness.
* Lead B2B and B2C marketing partnerships to drive revenue and increase brand visibility.
Your Profile
Must Have:
* At least 5 years of professional marketing experience.
* Knowledge about the german and dutch market
* Demonstrated expertise in brand management and effective stakeholder engagement.
* Strong data-driven mindset with a comfort working closely with analytics and numbers.
* Up-to-date with current marketing trends and best practices.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in both English and German is required; knowledge of an additional European language is a plus.
* Exceptional organizational abilities, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously with keen attention to detail and meeting tight deadlines.
* Enthusiastic and adaptable, thriving in agile, cross-functional team environments.
