HR Specialist Europe (m/f/d) - Part-time 20h - temporary for 12 month
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Supporting HR business partners in day-to-day HR activities throughout Europe
* Preparation of employment contracts, references and other HR documents
* Coordination of onboarding and offboarding processes for national and international employees
* Participation in HR projects, such as supporting talent management and succession planning initiatives & centralisation and system integration of job descriptions
* Contributing to the continuous improvement of HR processes and system functionalities
YOUR EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES:
* First professional experience in the field of HR
* Basic knowledge of employment legislation in Germany (Europe would be a plus)
* Outstanding organisational and time management skills
* Well-structured way of working with a strong attention to detail
* Ability to prioritise, work independently and adhere to deadlines
* Handling information with discretion and confidentiality
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, professional manner
* Good knowledge of MS Office and ideally first experience with SAP Success Factors
* Excellent German and English language skills (written and spoken)
* You are available for 20 hours per week, ideally split over 4-5 days
