What you'll build
As a working student (f/m/d) in SAP Signavio’s Experience team, you will support initiatives that strengthen the experience across the SAP Signavio Suite. You will work collaboratively with designers, researchers, product managers, and engineering partners and gain hands‑on experience in strategic design, research operations, and experience measurement.
Your responsibilities may include:
1. Support user research activities such as preparing studies, documenting insights, or helping analyze qualitative and quantitative feedback
2. Assist in reporting and continuous improvement of experience data and insights
3. Help with preparation and organization of presentations, reports, frameworks, and internal communication
4. Support cross-suite alignment initiatives by updating documentation, coordinating stakeholders, or preparing workshop materials
5. Contribute to research repositories, insight libraries, and design excellence initiatives
6. Conduct desk research to inform strategic design and experience decision making
What you bring
7. Enrolled student (f/m/d) in design, psychology, HCI, business, communication, industrial engineering or related field
8. First experience in design, project management, operations, or a similar area
9. Strong interest in UX principles, user research methods, and data analysis
10. Comfortable working with structured and unstructured data; experience with or interest in using Excel, Python, and AI tools
11. Experience with tools like Mural or Figma is a plus
12. Organized, proactive, curious, willing to learn and take ownership
13. Fluency in English; German is a plus
14. Working from the office (Berlin) is required
Where you belong
SAP Signavio’s Experience team is responsible for driving suite‑wide experience alignment, conducting user research, and enabling data‑driven decision‑making across product teams. We combine design strategy, UX research, product insights, and cross‑suite coordination to help SAP Signavio deliver a coherent, outcome‑driven product experience.
Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
