Your prospective job:
For our renown client AIrbus Defence and Space you act as Quality Conformance Manager - Quality Asset Readiness Material (m/f/d) at the location Manching.
Your responsibilities:
6. Main contact for quality-related issues within Supply Chain Management Germany
7. Conducting operational-level investigations within the internal Supply Chain Quality Scope
8. Defining corrective actions in collaboration with the SO Supply Officer, SCQM Supply Chain Quality Manager, Quality Manager and suppliers
9. Managing nonconformities within the supply chain, including containment, corrective and preventive actions, and handling customer complaints
10. Working with the SCQM Supply Chain Quality Manager and supporting root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions and improvements
11. Defining, creating, and modifying the required quality inspection plans for incoming inspection
12. Participation in SQCDP and practical problem solving committees at the plant and operational level
13. Internal consultant on relevant quality aspects
14. Management of quality requirements for material master data in SAP (e.g., quality info records, Q-texts) required for supply management (e.g., certificate definitions for suppliers)
15. Preparation of reports on the current quality situation, development of relevant KPIs (OQD, SNCR)
16. Evaluation of existing data/processes and definition of necessary improvement projects or improvement measures in collaboration with the customer/SCQM for suppliers
17. Participation in national/international improvement and prevention projects to increase the supply chain and customer satisfaction (e.g., PMT BMS Docs, etc.)
18. Management of local internal supply chain quality processes and procedures
Your profile:
19. Completed studies in aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering or comparable
20. Solid Experience in production, quality, project management or a related discipline
21. Good technical understanding (process and quality)
22. Experience in handling of practical problem-solving and continuous improvement (PPS, 5Why)
23. Initial experience in project management
24. Aviation experience is desirable
25. Knowledge of quality management standards (EN9100) is needed and knowledge in aviation law (Part 21/145) is an advantage
26. Excellent knowledge in MS-Office and SAP
27. High proficiency in English and German, both written and spoken
28. CVs are required in German and English
