Within our Surgical Technologies division, you will lead a diverse and strategically critical team across Europe. Our products are designed to provide innovative solutions to help healthcare professionals operate in a safer, more efficient, and more sustainable operating room.
We are looking for an execution-focused, people-first leader who can translate strategy into impactful results across diverse markets in Europe. This is a highly visible leadership role where you will guide a distributed team of 6 Product Managers across multiple countries, shaping both regional direction and local market success.

As a Marketing Manager (Europe), you will drive both regional strategy and local market excellence:
5. Lead, coach, and develop a team of Product Managers across Europe
6. Define and execute portfolio strategy across multiple markets.
7. Empower teams to shape and execute local strategies aligned with regional priorities.
8. Translate marketing vision into clear, actionable plans across countries.
9. Coach on market positioning, competitive insights, and growth opportunities
10. Drive data-led decision-making, balancing regional insights with local intelligence.
11. Establish pricing strategies, including country-specific considerations and contracts.
12. Optimise portfolio structure to maximise brand equity across diverse markets.
13. Oversee financial performance, KPIs, and reporting at regional and local levels.
14. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and execution excellence.
15. Partner cross-functionally to ensure alignment across divisions and geographies.
What You Bring
Preferred Experience
16. Experience leading international or geographically distributed teams.
17. 5+ years in medical devices marketing or sales
18. 2+ years in people leadership
19. Strong understanding of European healthcare markets and dynamics
20. Exceptional communication and influencing skills across cultures.
21. Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities
22. Ability to manage complexity, multiple markets, and competing priorities.
23. Confidence operating within a matrixed, cross-divisional organisation.
