Laori is on a mission to redefining drinking culture — alcohol-free, enjoyable, and modern. As one of Germany’s fastest-growing alcohol-free premium aperitif brands, we stand for uncompromising taste, stylish enjoyment, and a new way of conscious drinking.
Now we’re ready for the next big step: international expansion.
To make this happen, we’re looking for a hungry, highly proactive Sales Manager Export (m/f/d) whose core responsibility is to identify, win, and develop international distribution partners who will bring Laori into new countries.
Your Role 🚀
This role is for someone who doesn’t wait for perfect processes or ready-made leads.
As Sales Manager Export, your primary focus is the acquisition and development of international distributors.
Your main job is to open doors in new countries: identifying promising markets, proactively reaching out to distributors, negotiating partnerships, and turning opportunities into signed contracts and successful launches.
Working closely with our founder, you will build Laori’s international expansion from the ground up — strategically, but above all hands-on.
Tasks
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Proactively identify and evaluate new countries and markets with strong potential for Laori.
* Actively find, approach, negotiate with, and sign distribution partners who sell Laori in their local markets (importers, wholesalers, distribution houses).
* Own the entire distributor acquisition and onboarding process — from cold outreach to contract signing and market launch.
* Take full ownership of new market entries and drive them forward with urgency and accountability.
* Build strong, long-term partnerships with distributors and act as their main point of contact.
* Work closely with the Founder, Marketing and Operations to ensure fast, effective market launches.
* Continuously test, learn, iterate, and improve how we expand internationally.
Requirements
What You Bring:
* 2-5 years experience in Sales, international sales, export, or business development, ideally in FMCG, beverages, or premium food.
* A strong hunter mentality: you enjoy opening doors, following up relentlessly, and turning “no response” into conversations.
* Proven track record in finding and managing (international) distributors or import partners or similar experience.
* A hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude — you’re comfortable building things from scratch.
* High level of self-motivation, ownership, and confidence working independently and building markets from scratch.
* Strong negotiation and communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
* Passion for modern brands, premium products, conscious consumption and a fast growing market.
Benefits
What You Can Expect at Laori:
* Compensation consists of a modest fixed base and a highly attractive variable bonus with soft caps or quality gate, linked directly to international expansion success.
* A highly motivated remote-first-team (you must be located within the EU) and a beautiful office in Hamburg (if needed).
* Direct collaboration with the founder, real responsibility and decision-making power.
* The opportunity to open new countries and sign key distributors.
* A fast-growing, purpose-driven premium brand with international ambition.
* €2,000 annual training budget for personal and professional development.
* Flat hierarchies, fast decisions, and a culture that values initiative over titles.
