Responsibilities:
* Support and maintain VoIP and telephony systems
* Assist with migration projects (legacy to modern IP-based solutions)
* Provide 1st and 2nd level support (with 3rd level outsourced)
* Work with IP networking and infrastructure technologies
* Manage and resolve customer tickets independently
* Participate in weekly team meetings and collaborate with colleagues
* Support installations and upgrades of telephone exchanges and switching systems
Skills/Must have:
* Experience in VoIP, IP networking, or telecommunications
* Understanding of migration projects (highly desirable)
* Strong networking and infrastructure knowledge
* A self-sufficient, proactive mindset – able to work independently without micromanagement
* A team player who contributes to a collaborative environment
* Fluent German (essential)
* Valid driving licence (company vehicle provided for service work)
Salary :
