 
        
        Responsibilities:
1. Handle and deliver European spare parts orders, and coordinate with the warehouse to ensure timely shipment;
2. Manage abnormal issues in the spare parts warehouse, promptly address material shortages and customers' special requirements to guarantee on-time delivery;
3. Process settlement, refund and other businesses related to spare parts orders, ensuring timely and accurate settlement;
4. Manage spare parts accounting and conduct daily data monitoring and analysis;
5. Undertake other work related to spare parts/logistics operations, including payment settlement for logistics suppliers;
6. Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
1. Possess certain experience in logistics order processing or customs clearance;
2. Prior experience in B2B customer communication is preferred;
3. Good communication and data analysis skills;
4. Meticulous and patient in work, and able to work under certain pressure;
5. Fluent in English.
