You’ll play a key role in driving revenue growth across mid-market and enterprise accounts by helping organisations automate their ERP processes with AI. At blp, you’ll take full ownership of the sales cycle - from prospecting and discovery to negotiation and close - and directly shape how the next generation of companies operates.You’ll engage with senior decision-makers (CFOs, CIOs, CPOs, COOs) to uncover challenges, design tailored solutions, and position blp’s platform as a strategic enabler of efficiency and insight. You’ll work closely with marketing, product, and customer success to deliver exceptional value throughout the customer journey.What you’ll doDrive new business by building, managing, and closing a strong pipeline of opportunitiesLead high-impact sales engagements from first contact to signed contract, managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cyclesDeliver compelling demos and presentations that translate business challenges into clear value propositionsNegotiate multi-year SaaS agreements (typically CHF/EUR 100K+) with executive decision-makersBuild long-term, trust-based relationships and act as a strategic partner to your customersMaintain an active, structured pipeline with consistent outreach, forecasting accuracy, and disciplined follow-throughStay ahead of ERP and AI automation trends to effectively position blp against competitors and align with customer needsWe’re excited about you becauseYou might come from different backgrounds - sales, finance, ERP, or SaaS - but you share one mindset: ownership, curiosity, and the drive to create impactYou know how to connect with decision-makers, understand business processes, and translate challenges into solutions.
