Our team is committed to improve the lives of millions of people through cannabis therapies, as laws and regulations evolve across international markets.As Montu’s first in-market commercial hire, you will be the lead driving B2B sales and market entry strategy.Your priorities will be:Source/import or contract domestic supply of Montu medicinal cannabis products.Secure pharmacy and clinic partnerships via importers or direct channels.Develop strong relationships with wholesalers, clinics, telemedicine providers, and prescribing physicians.Build the foundational commercial presence and territory rollout in Germany—maximizing access for Montu in pharmacies and clinic formularies.Key Responsibilities:1. Strategic B2B Business DevelopmentCreate and execute a Germany entry strategy, including quarterly objectives to target importers, wholesalers, pharmacies, and clinics.Identify, pitch, and close deals to get Montu products listed with pharmaceutical importers, Großhändler, and pharmacy networks.Secure contracts with clinics, telehealth partners, and prescribing networks to drive brand uptake.Monitor market needs and competitor activity; adjust approach based on trends in Germany’s rapidly expanding medical cannabis market.2. Supply Sourcing & Import LicensingCoordinate sourcing of Montu product: via import or partnering with EU or domestic GMP-certified producers.Navigate application for German import and wholesale licences for distribution and import authorisations.Manage full B2B sales cycle—target generation, presentations, negotiation, closing—with importers, clinics, and pharmacies.Deliver Montu product training and commercial frameworks to partners.Develop onboarding and account processes tailored to German pharmacy compliance systems.4. Market Research & Insight ReportingConduct ongoing analysis of prescribing guidelines, and competitor products to inform sales strategyReport weekly on pipeline, new partner engagements, and partner feedback to leadership.Provide forecasting and commercial performance metrics.5.
