About the Role To support the development of our business in Germany, we are looking for a freelance Sales Representative (m/f/d) for the Lighting Solutions sector. This position represents an excellent opportunity for candidates who would like to build a sales career in the lighting industry, combining a high level of autonomy with the support of a technically strong company. Multi-mandate sales agents with complementary portfolios will also be considered. Responsibilities Acquisition of new customers in the lighting sector within the assigned territoryManagement and expansion of the existing customer baseWorking with clearly defined and agreed sales targetsClose collaboration with the engineering and product management teamsPerforming market and competitor analysis Qualifications Junior experience in B2B salesStrong interest in the lighting industryEntrepreneurial mindset, initiative, and autonomyVery good German and English language skillsWorking as a freelancer / commercial agentOwn car Preferred Skills Multi-mandate sales agents with complementary portfolios will also be considered. Pay range and compensation package Annual target compensation: €60,000, including base compensation, variable component, and a bonus of approximately 15%.
