Your Future Role Advising customers on technical support Planning the deployment of our customer service technicians and arranging appointments with the customer Preparation of customer service assignments including material procurement Processing complaints and answering technical questions about our containers Administrative support for internal training management for training courses and instructions on the qualification of deployed personnel What You Bring to the Team Successfully completed vocational training in the technical/trade sector, e.g. electronics technician, carpenter or HVAC plant mechanic (m/f/x) Several years of assembly and construction site experience desirable, but not essential Independent, committed, responsible and customer-orientated way of working Good manners with a friendly, serious demeanour Good communication skills and a transparent way of working Several years of experience in customer service desirable Experience with ERP systems is an advantage Confident use of CRM systems and common Office applications #J-18808-Ljbffr
