You ensure that all requirements, project tasks and open points are identified at an early stage and distributed to the responsible contact persons
You coordinate our resources between various parallel projects
In addition, you monitor and coordinate project progress and check the results
Preparation and implementation of project meetings and promotion of continuous knowledge transfer
Supporting our sales team with tenders, customer acquisition and contact management
You create the basis for follow-up orders and additional sales outside the project context
Relevant experience in the independent management of (large-scale) IT projects
Certification in a project management context is an advantage
organizational and coordination skills to keep a close eye on parallel projects
Very good knowledge of German and English and ideally experience in dealing with international contacts
Willingness to undertake occasional international / national business trips (taking current developments into account)
