Your profile

* Completed degree (e.g., computer science, business informatics, engineering)
or comparable technical training
* 3–5 years of professional experience in technical pre-sales, IT consulting, or a comparable technical consulting role
* In-depth knowledge of PKI, certificate infrastructures, cryptographic processes, ideally including HSMs
* Experience in technical project support and/or project management
* High willingness to develop a deep technical understanding of MTG products
* Ability to communicate complex technical issues in a structured, understandable, and convincing manner
* High customer orientation, analytical thinking, and structured working style
* Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working with customers, partners, and international teams
* Fluent German and English skills

Your mission

* Technical consulting and support for customers in the field of cryptography, with a focus on PKI projects and certificate lifecycle management
* End-to-end support for the customer journey: from initial contact to proof of concept (PoC) to implementation and handover to operational use
* Delivery of technical presentations, workshops, and demos in pre-sales (including webinars and selected industry events)
* Analysis of customer requirements and translation into technical solution concepts as input for product and roadmap decisions
* Evaluation and design of the integration of our solutions into existing IT landscapes (e.g., applications, interfaces, automation, processes)
* Support with quotations, tenders, change requests, and technical statements
* Close cooperation with development, sales and marketing
* Technical support and coordination of sales and technology partners
* Establishing and maintaining long-term customer relationships as a technical contact and PKI expert
