1. As an Intern in Change Management (d/m/w/x), you support the development of concepts and measures for accompanying change and transformation projects.
2. You actively contribute to communication and participation formats for managers and employees.
3. You bring your own ideas and input to workshops, concepts, and team formats.
4. You also support the preparation, execution, and follow‑up of workshops and change initiatives.
5. As a full team member, you work closely with the team and gain exciting insights into modern organizational and change processes.

6. You are studying business administration, psychology, or a comparable field of study.
7. Ideally, you have an interest in topics such as change management, organizational development, or corporate culture.
8. Communication comes naturally to you, and you enjoy working with different people and teams.
9. You have a structured, independent, and organized way of working and are motivated to work regularly on-site in Stuttgart or Ulm.
10. Excellent German and English skills as well as confident use of MS Office round off your profile.
11. You also enjoy contributing your own ideas and continuously developing yourself.

To ensure that there is still enough free time in addition to studying and working, you will receive a pro rata 30 vacation days with us as well as the opportunity to plan your working hours flexibly. In coordination with your team and your contact person, you also have the opportunity to work remotely. In addition, almost all of our positions are suitable for part-time work.
