Your tasks
9. Identification and removal of obstacles to achieving the goals of the agile development team with constantly increasing efficiency and coaching of the agile culture and values.
10. Moderation of agile events, mediation, conflict management and blockade management as well as capacity planning
11. Continuous promotion of decision-making and independence of the team
12. Ensuring and supporting the further development of agile coaches in the field of software development, also beyond the basic agile principles
13. Empowering/guiding complex, larger or multiple teams
14. Taking strategic initiatives
15. Ensure adherence to processes within the development team and promote proactive improvement of agile processes and best practices within and outside the team
16. Mentor and/or sponsor one or more employees
Your profile
17. Completed university degree or comparable qualification, ideally in a technical environment
18. Certification for an agile framework
19. Several years of professional experience as an Agile Coach / Scrum Master
20. Knowledge of the agile method toolbox
21. High degree of team spirit
22. Ability to manage conflict
